Cathy Haynes is the executive administrative assistant at The Hilltop Institute, where she supports all members of the executive office team. She also provides administrative assistance to other Hilltop staff as needed. Ms. Haynes is proficient in various types of office equipment and software. She has many years of experience providing administrative support in an academic environment.

Prior to her position with The Hilltop Institute, Ms. Haynes provided administrative support to the University of Maryland School of Nursing for 18 years and the University of Maryland Dental School for 6 years. She has been employed within the university system for over 30 years.
