Jack Clark is a senior research analyst at The Hilltop Institute. In this capacity, he performs SAS programming for various projects and supports the Decision Support System (DSS) and WebFocus web applications. Mr. Clark has over eleven years of experience with SAS programming and is experienced in Base, Macros, ODS, and STAT. He is also trained in SQL and database management.
Prior to joining The Hilltop Institute, Mr. Clark was lead database analyst at Harte-Hanks Analytics, where he served as primary programmer and analytics/data contact for financial database clients. Before that, he was a senior programmer/analyst who provided quantitative analysis and programming toward database marketing and customer relationship management solutions. At Baltimore City Public School System, Mr. Clark was a research specialist for the Research, Evaluation, and Accountability Division. He also served as adjunct faculty at Towson University, where he was an undergraduate professor for Experimental Psychology/Research Methods.
Mr. Clark has a master's degree in experimental psychology/research methods and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Towson State University .
