Jason Clark is a research analyst at The Hilltop Institute. In this position, Mr. Clark provides financial and technical analysis and support for the Maryland nursing home payment system, Hilltop's contract with New Mexico, and rate setting issues involving Maryland school health-based rates, as well as other Center projects involving rate setting.

Prior to joining The Hilltop Institute, Mr. Clark was a client service associate at Citi Smith Barney, a private global wealth management group. He conducted qualitative and quantitative research to support portfolio management decisions and analyzed the impact of current events on investment opportunities. Mr. Clark was also an analyst for Morgan Stanley's global operations division, where he processed trades for all North American futures exchanges.

Mr. Clark graduated magna cum laude from UMBC with a bachelor's degree in political science and concentrations in public administration and policy and international relations/foreign policy.
