Joyce Meyers is the administrative assistant for The Hilltop Institute's acute care policy team, helping to manage HealthChoice encounter data and providing administrative support to the department. Ms. Meyers is proficient in various types of office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and Word Perfect

Ms. Meyers was previously an administrative assistant to Civil and Family Law Clinic professors and students at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Before that, she provided administrative assistance to the chief of the audit division and supervisor to the office clerk at the Maryland State Department of Human Resources. She was also a word processor for the Maryland State Department of Employment and Training.

Ms. Meyers has taken advanced education courses and obtained software certificates throughout her career.
