Stephanie Cannon-Jones

Stephanie Cannon-Jones is a senior research analyst at The Hilltop Institute. Her key responsibilities include analyzing data to determine nursing home and home- and community-based services utilization. She recently contributed to a Center report on community-based long-term care services for the Rhode Island Department of Human Services and a study of provider rates for home- and community-based services in New Mexico.

Previously, Ms. Cannon-Jones was a research analyst for the Maryland State Lottery Agency, where her responsibilities included conducting statistical analyses, analyzing survey data on customer satisfaction, and assisting in agency-wide strategic planning. Before that, she was a data processing quality assurance supervisor at the Motor Vehicle Administration and held a managerial position in management information systems with Good Shepherd Center and Friends of the Family Inc.

Ms. Cannon-Jones earned her master's degree in policy sciences from UMBC and her bachelor's degree in sociology from Delaware State University.
